Human Resource Officer at our headoffice in  Lelystad

(32-40 hours)

The Company

JVM supplies the European Pharmacies with automation solutions for patient specific medication distribution which increase medication adherence and reduces health care cost.

HR advises and supports JVM Europe BV management and employees in all areas and all levels (strategical, tactical and operational) concerning human resource management.

The HR Officer is responsible for the Human Recourse management and executes all HR activities. The HR Officer is the link between management and employees and supports the management and employees with relevant procedures to fulfil all legally requirements of the HR department.

Your tasks and responsibilities are

  • Member of the Operational team

  • Responsible for all HR related administration

  • Developing, implementing and monitoring of HR strategies, systems and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy and needs

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Develop, oversee and manage required HR systems, procedures and other requirements such as;

    a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

    recruitment and introduction program for new employees

    training & development

    health and safety

    legal issues

    job description and salary house

    company manual

    employee insurance

    pay plan and benefits program

  • Report to and inform the management about HR KPI’s and provides decision support through HR metrics.

  • Advise and coach managers on employee issues, organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.

  • Formulate HR budget proposal and monitors the annual HR budget

  • Provide employees with information about policies, internal (HR) developments and manages overall (internal) employee communication. First point of contact.

  • Prepare all payroll activities and cooperate with Finance department to realise a timely and accurate salary payment.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

  • Organising activities for employees.

We ask for a candidate with

  • Higher vocational Degree (HBO) in Human Resources
  • 3 to 5 years HR working experience
  • Average knowledge of the HR legislation and regulations (compliance)
  • English mandatory
