We want to take this opportunity to reach out to you to let you know how JVM Europe and its subsidiaries is addressing the situation around the Corona virus (Covid-19) and how this might impact us and your daily operation.

Site Visits to Your Facility
Our team is sensitive to the fact we need to work within your corporate policy around non-employee site visits to your facilities.

Prior to any JVM team member being dispatched to your facility, you will receive a call from our planning department to confirm your approval of the visit. Our field service team will continue to be available to handle any needs requiring a field service visit pending your approval.

Remote Support
Our Customer Support team is able to work remotely and continue without any disruption or change to provide you with needed support. Please take into account that due to the situation it can take longer before your call or e-mail is being answered.

Supply Chain
Our team has been and will continue to monitor and diligently manage the needs of our customers to prevent disruption to your business, continuing to fulfill your supply or parts orders.
