Project Manager

JVM supplies the European Pharmacies with automation solutions for patient specific medication distribution which increase medication adherence and reduces health care cost.

Sales are responsible for executing JVM Europe BV Sales and Marketing strategy. This should lead to growth of sales and business results and an excellent service level for new and existing customers.

The function and goal of the project manager is to service the customer with the requested good and services according to the agreed contracts with the customer.

The realization of all projects relating to supply and install equipment at the customers.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

  • Acceptance of new projects and creating implementation plan
  • Programming and planning delivery and installation process
  • Maintaining all necessary internal and external contacts
  • Managing, controlling and monitoring total process of delivery and installing (delivery volume, Invoicing, transport, planning of site survey and installation)
  • Report on progress and results
  • Create quotations for movements/products
  • Machine reservations/stock control machines

Sales support & Marketing

  • Sales support activities (order handling, create quotations, manage pipeline )
  • Back up for colleagues within their department

Other tasks

  • Planning activities (Daily planning, maintenance planning and plan travel arrangements).
  • Purchase activities (purchasing, article management etc.)
  • Execute all activities within their department

INDICATION OF REQUIRED WORKING, THINKING AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • Higher vocational education (HBO)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience in a similar position
  • Min. of 2 foreign languages, preferable 3 ( French, German, English )
  • Commercial affinity
