Sales Support Officer

JVM supplies the European Pharmacies with automation solutions for patient specific medication distribution which increase medication adherence and reduces health care cost. Sales are responsible for executing JVM Europe BV Sales and Marketing strategy. This should lead to growth of sales and business results and an excellent service level for new and existing customers. The Sales support officer supports the total process from pre-sales to order, and after sales. The Sales Support Officer is the central point of contact for all internal and external sales activities and supports the Marketing department.

Task and Responsibility

  • Periodic review of sales pipeline and sales forecasting
  • Single point of contact for all sales related questions from customers and colleagues
  • Support, challenge and advise Country managers in a broad sense and create quotations
  • During the absence of an CM negotiate machine, consumable and service contracts, terms and conditions, and maintain customer relationships
  • Make sure the CRM database is up to date
  • Create and process (signed) quotations
  • Sales reporting (consumables)
  • Maintaining website and social media
  • Execute and Support Marketing activities and exhibitions.
  • After sales activities: – Order handling Canisters
  • Act as product knowledgebase for Sales
  • Back up for colleagues within their department
  • Order handling (Canisters, consumables etc.)
  • Execute all activities within their department
  • Assist and back up Project management tasks
  • execute quotation follow up
  • Create movement proposals.
