Marketing and Product Launch Manager

We are looking for a Marketing and Product Launch Manager who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and is able to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong agility and flexibility skills, and is passionate about driving change and innovation to help our organization grow and succeed.

The Marketing and Product Launch Manager report directly to the Commercial Director and will work closely with other departments in the organization.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for the launch of new high-tech machines for packaging medication for patients.
  • Develop and implement product launch strategies that will effectively introduce the new machines to the market, generate awareness, and drive sales.
  • Work with the sales team to create sales collateral, including product brochures, sales sheets, and presentations.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the product launch, ensuring that all marketing efforts are within budget and delivering the expected ROI.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure that all aspects of the launch are aligned and seamless.
  • Identify and manage vendors and contractors who will be supporting the launch efforts, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and event planners.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and use that data to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all marketing and product launch-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs and deadlines.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Revamp and manage the company website. (As a part of second to last bullet)
  • Analyze business performance and suggest improvement area monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Setup Pricing Strategy for all products and implement it in the market.
  • Flexible to participate in the project of business operation.   

The requirements are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
  • 5-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in pharmaceutical automation;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English which is the company language. German language is preferred;
  • Use of IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Willingness and ability to travel;
  • Familiar with working in a diverse culture and international environment;
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
