Due to the inherent complexity of ensuring that multiple medications are given to the right patients at the correct times during the day, there is a high risk of human error in the preparation of the medications. Clearly, then, the future of preparing multi-dose medication is automation. We offer fully automated, patient-specific dose packaging systems that produce pre-packed rolls of clear, individually sealed pouches for unit, combi-, and multi-dose medication. Our automated packaging systems can hold up to 576 canisters of medication and can produce up to 3600 pouches per hour.

Our aim is to automate the entire process of medication preparation, so we also offer software for barcode screening to verify the accuracy of the medication delivery, and thus improve security, safety and efficiency. And because double and triple checking that the correct medication is in the correct pouch is critical, we also have a re-inspection system and a system that separates pouches per patient. Our software and the hardware are continuously being developed in accordance with the strictest of guidelines, which means that pharmacies are always guaranteed the right machine for individual situations.
